Current Students

Bruno lives with his mother, his older sister and currently attends college of Elektrotehnike i Racunarstva in Zagreb. His father passed away when Bruno was only few months old. Bruno is a dedicated young man and is very interested in contributing to the society and making a difference. He was selected a chairman for the Red Cross Youth Conference in his area and participated in many charitable activities to raise funds and food. He routinely donates blood to show the importance of helping the needy.

Antonia is the first born in a family of five siblings. She has a twin sister, Ivona, who is also in the CSF program. Antonia was a member of the school’s Planning Committee which organizes all the activities. She plays a flute at her church and participates in many humanitarian activities that help families in need. Antonia attends Medicinski Fakultet in Mostar.

Ivona has four siblings in her family and one of them is her twin sister Antonia. She graduated from a catholic high-school in Zepce where she was very active. In addition to playing a flute with the school band, she sang in the church choir. In her spare time she performs charitable activities and loves to help people. Her goal is to become a doctor and help people, especially the poor. Ivona attends Medicinski Fakultet in Mostar.

Julio is an exceptional individual who has achieved numerous recognitions for participating in Astronomy and Physics competitions at state and international level. He participated in the International Astronomy Olympiad competition in China and Ukraine. His love for Astronomy is so great that he spends most of his free time attending additional classes or reading books and magazines on astronomy. Julio attends Prirodno Matematicki College in Zagreb and his goal is to use his love and knowledge of Astronomy in his future profession.

Filip is an active individual. He participated in many regional and state level competitions with great results. He is fluent in English, German and Latin languages. He started an organization called, “Izbjeglice” which deals with discrimination of students and has won a special award for that effort. His goal is to become a doctor and help people. Filip attends Medicinski Fakultet in Zagreb.

Mislav lives with his mother and younger sister. His focus has been studying foreign languages, especially English with which he has become very proficient. Mislav is also excellent in mathematics and after many successful competitions he has decided to seek a degree in mathematics and would like to become a mathematician. Mislav is enrolled in Sveuciliste in Osijek - odijel Matematike.

Lavoslav is a determined young man with many goals and dreams. He is a member of two different music groups where he plays tamburitza. He likes traditional Croatian music as well as classical. His dream is to become an engine development engineer and is studying Mechanical Engineering at the College of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb. He participated in multiple regional and state Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics competitions where he placed either first, second or third. He was also in an international mathematics competition "Kangaroo Without Borders" where he earned a fifth place.

Tajana is a high achiever who has received many accolades for participating in various state level competitions. During high school, she participated in Biology, Physics, and Mathematics competitions with very successful results. She is fluent in German and English, enjoys computers, and loves to work with people. Tajana attends Fakultet Organizacije i Informatike in Varaždin.

Ema lives with her mother and her grandmother. For her young age she is a mature and responsible individual. Ema has been volunteering in her spare time and is a member of "Hand in Hand" group that works with elderly and mentally challenged children. She really likes helping and working with people; this is the reason why she has chosen to study Medicine by attending Medicinski Fakultet in Rijeka.

Dajana has two older siblings and lives with her parents who are both retired. She is energetic and has accomplished a great deal at such a young age. She wrote for a business newspaper "Izvori" and was able to publish a book of short stories called "Hocu Razumijeti". As a hobby she produces short videos and the Ministry of Education used one of the videos. Dajana attends Pravni Fakultet in Mostar.

Dora is an excellent and well-rounded student. In addition to attending a regular high school she simultaneously studied Music. She participated in numerous clarinet and brass orchestra competitions at the state and international level where she has achieved a first and second place. Dora is also a competitive swimmer and has won a first place in marathon swimming in Omis. Dora studies in Zagreb at the Medicinski Fakultet.

Josip has a twin sister, Silvia, and an older sister who is studying Economics. He is very close to his twin sister and they do and share everything together. They even have the same set of friends. His favorite subjects are mathematics and physics. He hopes to become a doctor and is attending Medicinski Fakultet in Zagreb. In his spare time he likes to read, play basketball and enjoys playing a guitar.

Silvia has a twin brother, Josip, who is also attending college and studying medicine. After the war, her family relocated to Grude where they live with Silvia's grandparents. Silvia is very close to her twin brother and they do and share everything together. Silvia is fluent in English language and in her spare time she likes to play a guitar and enjoys playing basketball.
